Day-in-a-Life of our Marketing Analyst

You will be working with the Head of Marketing to help create and maintain marketing campaigns BlueChilli and the portfolio startups. You will also be tracking the performance of these campaigns and the performance of the BlueChilli brand across our digital assets. You will also be working with our Program Directors to push out campaigns across social networks. You will also be providing data-driven marketing strategies and recommendations where required.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor traction of campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, MixPanel, Mailchimp, survey providers, and retargeting suites, etc.
  • Assist the marketing services manager to ensure analytics are set set up across all marketing channels to monitor. relevant end goals.
  • Research and recommend  future optimisation opportunities for campaigns
  • Set up reporting dashboards and ongoing reporting for team and board
  • Analysis of marketing goals and touch points including customer lifecycle, products, details and path to purchase/ subscription and application
  • Setup and monitor split testing and growth hacking campaigns, utilizing marketing automation where applicable
  • Clean-up of existing customer and communications data

You have experience in….

  • Implementing and managing  paid and organic campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and social media platforms  
  • Monitoring and managing customer budgets
  • Development of Marketing reports and analysis
  • Experience with implementation of custom audiences and setup of remarketing pixels
  • Managing and reporting on social media accounts across various platforms (such as facebook, instagram and linkedin)
  • Some SEO knowledge / experience
  • Marketing cost analysis - using information such as  cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per click (CPC), audience reach and conversion Monitoring of target CPA, CPC and conversion rates to be reported to Marketing Service Manager.

  • Startup, incubator or accelerator experience or
  • Ability to work with limited resources and changing priorities
