Raised on an 80 acre property in NSW, Australia, Sheree was a natural born inventor. As a young child, she would come up with innovative business ideas and dreamed of owning her own business one day. At age 8, Sheree took the title of First Australian Junior Girl Champion in Karate. She then went on to become School Captain, where she learnt valuable leadership skills. At 25, she needed a change and within 24 hours had packed her bags and relocated to QLD. Her love for animals led her to work as an Animal Carer at Sea World whilst training with the Australian Stunt Academy to satisfy her adventurous spirit. In the search for an enriching experience, she quit her job at age 27 and travelled to Argentina to provide assistance within a community-run school for families with no money.

After returning home, she knew it was time to pave her own future and soon became a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a view to advancing into Medicine and becoming a Doctor. She built a successful mobile massage business from the ground up into one with with multiple qualified health providers. It was here she identified the pain points health and wellness professionals were experiencing and realised that there was no innovation being done to solve these problems.

Sheree works alongside her business partner, Danielle McFarland, and together founded Therapair, a website that matches people with health and wellness professionals based on their individual preferences and allows them to book appointments with therapists they’ve been matched with online.

Together, they’ve learnt that sitting back and blending into the crowd doesn’t get you anywhere, but grabbing life by the horns and putting one step in front of the other is all it takes to make a change. And a change in the health and wellness industry is what they’ve set out to achieve.

Sharing a hunger for success, they believe in turning ideas into reality and that the best way to predict the future is to simply create it.
