Jess has a diverse professional background working as a chemical engineer, university lecturer and tutor, and community educator in sustainability and social change. Driven always by her desire to learn new things, live consciously and to make a difference.

In studying organisational behaviour and the future of work through a PhD at Griffith University, Jess observed the lack of tools and systems to support the productivity and wellbeing of the growing free-agent workforce at a global level.

Jess wants to revolutionise the way free agent workers access the cowork experience, and to realise her vision of helping free agent workers feel good and get the job done so they can power the global economy of the future.
