Our previous corporate programs provided a holistic approach for the internal and external engagement of disruptive ideas, backed on a scalable framework of technology, funding, team empowerment and education, using the 156 startup methodology. This approach leveraged proven BlueChilli systems of Lean Validator, Innovation Challenge and Disrupt@Scale which have all been successfully implemented and run within corporates.
Each of our engagements leveraged the collective knowledge of the crowd and provided means for which to extract ideas and implement them in a rapid and risk mitigated startup framework. Employees were empowered to develop ideas through the Startup Lab. Crowd sourced ideation engaged entrepreneurs through Disrupt@Scale and provided seed investment to drive ideas around strategic themes set by the innovation strategy with matched funding provided by BlueChilli.
A consistent framework of technology using ChilliSource and business development with the 156 rating standard provided a coherent approach to disruptive innovation. Our holistic approach was broken into innovation pillars which support our partner’s innovation strategy and are executed with discrete programs run independently or holistically within a structured framework.
