Today we’re excited to announce that Mr Steven Skala (AO) is joining BlueChilli Group as Chairman, effective immediately.

Mr Skala is currently the Vice Chairman, Australia & NZ, Deutsche Bank AG and he brings extensive commercial and corporate legal experience, including banking and financing, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, privatisations and advising public and private company boards and entrepreneurs. Mr Skala also conducts extensive work in the not-for-profit sector.

Mr Skala’s experience in many sectors will bring a wealth of knowledge and guidance to our management structure and processes.

Mr Skala has been a Partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial Practice at Arnold Bloch Leibler, Chairman of the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, Associate Governor of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Director of Max Capital Group Limited. He is currently a Director for The Centre for Independent Studies, the Vice Chairman of the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Rresearch, Chairman of Wilson HTM, Director of Hexima Limted, and Member of the International Council of the Museum of Modern Art (New York).
