Using highly transparent processes, flexible Agile based software project management techniques, Avanzu is a super simple way to manage multiple clients through support and product development of web applications and websites.
Avanzu was built specifically for BlueChilli software support team after an exhaustive search for a suitable product returned a poor result. Avanzu's core strength is that it is provides a user friendly link between software development teams and clients backed by a powerful integrated approach with timesheeting and software version control apps.
Avanzu is currently by invitation only and is used by all BlueChilli start-ups and clients.
GimmieFeedback
Most feedback forms are designed to get consumer feedback on marketing techniques, Gimmiefeedback is a simple website feedback widget designed for developers by developers. Feedback can be easily integrated into an SVN such as GitHub by the content manager with all user metrics such as browser and operating system automatically captured.

Blue Chilli invested in the development of the application that powers AutoCarLog and the manufacture of the custom SMS modem that enables incoming texts to be routed through to the Blue Chilli server.
What makes this investment truly remarkable is that it was done on a budget of just $500AUD and in completed in less than seven days! This 'challenge' was blogged in detail to inspire Entrepreneurs who believe they don't have the time or money to start their own business and was picked up by business magazines around the world. (As such the budget did not consider opportunity cost and time cost). This blog series is now available as an e-book.
AutoCarLog was ranked in the top 25 of Anthill Magazine's smartest 100 Australian innovations in 2010 and recently signed a deal with a leading accountancy firm in Australia, resulting in a reach of over 700,000 clients Australia wide.


199QUERY
199QUERY was one of Australia's first and leading SMS 'question answer' services that operated on a lean Blue Chilli developed enterprise application. The service provided fast near-instant human researched answers to questions texted to a premium number. At it's peak, 199QUERY was answering over 1,000 questions per day with it's staff of over 25 personnel who answered the questions through a bespoke application.
Blue Chilli invested in the development of the SMS platform that powered 199QUERY in every aspect of the business operation. Incoming questions were received via SMS and automatically routed to the first available operator who answered the question using any web browser. Editors could supervise and train junior staff, management, payroll and invoicing, recruiting and testing was all managed through the application.
199QUERY was successfully acquired by Dominet Digital in 2009 and merged with 199BONGO
